I start by understanding how you want to live, not just your preferred price, location and bedroom count. From there, I build a focused search around your goals and help you evaluate each opportunity with a clear understanding of value.

During showings, I look beyond finishes and presentation. I help you consider location, condition, comparable sales, resale potential, HOA considerations and other factors that can affect a home's long-term value. If I don't think a property makes sense, I'll tell you.

Once we find the right home, I develop an offer strategy based on the property, competition and current market conditions. From negotiations through escrow, I remain closely involved, coordinating with your lender, inspectors, escrow and other professionals along the way.
